The departure is scheduled at 9:00 am from MasoVerde, located a few steps from the center of Roverè Veronese, in the Maso di Sotto 8 district, with abundant parking space.
The duration of the walk is about 4 hours, excluding breaks, for a total of about 10 km and 300m in altitude. Trekking shoes, a a windbreaker or rain jacket , a hat and a blanket for a bit of relaxation are recommended. Medium difficulty
PICNIC BASKET: Rice salad, 1 sandwich with cold cuts of typical mountain cured meats, 1 fruit yoghurt, still or sparkling water
TASTING OF MASO VERDE SPECIALTIES: on our return we will be welcomed by a table laden with platters of typical cold cuts and cheeses, from Monte Veronese to mezzano, from Cimbro of different ages to goat cheese, accompanied by handcrafted mustards and Giardiniera pickles to finish on a sweet note, a cake from an ancient original recipe, the Linte cake, which contains all the scents of the flowers and woods of Lessinia. In addition to sparkling and still water, mountain juices will be offered.

An exciting naturalistic walk will lead us to the extraordinary cave of Monte Capriolo, one of the very few caves that can be visited in the Verona area. In addition to enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Lessinia with our eyes, we will savor the picnic basket full of genuine goodness, surrounded by nature and in complete relaxation. When we return, the MasoVerde staff will welcome us with their specialties, good, delicious and full of nature!
